As a Qantas Premium Host, you will be key in providing exceptional customer service, delivering personalized service to Qantas First Class passengers, Chairman’s Lounge members, and Platinum & Gold Frequent Flyer Members. You will ensure an effortless and superior travel experience through the airport, ensuring that every Qantas First and Premium passenger’s journey is seamless and memorable.
In this role, you will engage with high-profile travellers, handling their needs with precision, while embodying Qantas’ commitment to excellence. You will be required to demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
You will bring:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in the aviation or tourism industry.
- A diploma in a business or tourism (preferred).
- Familiarity with arrival and departure procedures and formalities within the aviation sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program and associated loyalty programs.
- A deep understanding of aviation legislation and airport compliance requirements.
- Willingness to undergo training in all aspects of safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience in line with Qantas’ standards.
- Ability to assist customers with their baggage (within established OH&S guidelines).
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to collaborate across a variety of teams.
- Availability to work on a 24/7 roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, to ensure premium service is consistently delivered.
