Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Partner Engagement: Lead efforts to enhance customer/partner’s experience throughout our touchpoints (eg. Site visits, engagement sessions, signing ceremonies)
  • Branding: Lead branding strategy for the market
  • Corporate Planning: Co-lead corporate planning efforts across the market, including performance management, reporting
  • External & Internal Communications: Development of a meaningful storyboard, presentation structure and contents for the purpose of effectively communicating the strategy of a specific market business approach to key management and stakeholders. Delivering a variety of communications materials that support our business objectives, including press releases, byline articles, executive comms, messaging documents, speeches, presentations, newsletters, editorials etc.
  • Media Relations: Support market media relations activities with coherent and sustained narratives, build/maintain media relationships, and create media stories that effectively profile various Sembcorp business units in the region
  • Thought Leadership: Support strategic speaking engagements for business leaders, including obtaining internal approval process
  • Branding: Lead branding strategy for the market
  • Corporate Planning: Co-lead corporate planning efforts across the market, including performance management, reporting
  • Community Investment and Sponsorship: Lead efforts in identifying and executing meaningful opportunities in these areas.
  • Employee Engagement: Part of wider team driving employee engagement events, including townhalls and targeted employee events.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business management or any relevant course.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Photoshop and Canva skillsets not a must but will be a plus.
  • Competence in delivering presentations.
  • Experience in organizing activities and overseeing end-to-end planning & execution of self-driven initiatives.
  • Available to do short business travel in the Southeast Asia region.
