Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Interaction:
Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
Assist with patient check-ins, scheduling, and registration.
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
2. Administrative Duties:
Manage and organize patient records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and procedures.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage front desk operations.
3. Clinical Support:
Prepare examination rooms by ensuring they are clean and stocked.
Assist healthcare providers with basic procedures and patient care (e.g., taking vitals, preparing equipment).
4. Operational Support:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Monitor and order medical and office supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: O Level certificate
Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical software (e.g., EHR/EMR systems), Microsoft Office, and general office equipment.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
