Job Responsibilities
To oversees the ground operation at respective site with respect to overall staffs deployment, running of manpower operations and handling of enquiries
Attending to all operational matters and make situation decisions to minimize disruption to the operation
Verifying all reports and documents, including refund applications and submissions, and ensure that all information shown on the reports or documents are accurate
To ensure that all documented operational and financial SOPs are followed by the staff and the changes to SOPs are updated accordingly
To ensure all the physical cash collections are banked into the designated bank account in the Cashpoint machines at the beginning of each working day
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma in any discipline with minimally 3 years of supervisory experience
Have prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned
A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
