Responsibilities:
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including staff planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, recognition, learning and development, and exit processes.
Work closely with business and project leaders to provide advice on HR matters (e.g., labor regulations, people strategy).
Support business units with HR needs such as employee engagement, talent acquisition, international mobility, salary reviews, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with regional and global policies.
Act as the main HR point of contact for managers and employees at all levels.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with the global mobility team to handle project transfers and missions.
Assist with HR initiatives, programs, and projects.
Requirements:
Solid experience in HR with minimal guidance needed after settling into the role.
Independent, proactive, and hands-on.
