Salary range: SGD3,000 ~ SGD3,300

Job Description:
Provide daily Office Administration / Operation Support & Coordination to the relevant departments incl logistics and customers side.
Invoicing, ordering etc.
Handling of online/e-commerce platform - Amazon, Market Place and so on (menu update & ordering issues etc)
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation, filing system, scanning and photocopying for both paper and electronic records.
Answering phone calls and take down messages.
Update inventory/pricings on accounting system and company internal, inventory system.
Update price list and get the latest price or product information from supplier.
Visit retails outlets for sales follow up on ad-hoc basis.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Able to carry out any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Responsible for production labelling printing accuracy.
Responsible for the alert on the low quantity of the inventory and label stock.
Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Management Job Requirements.

Requirement:
Min Diploma in any field
Min 3 years Admin experience in Singapore
Experience in warehousing and the food manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
