Working hrs: Work 2 days rest 2 days (3-4 days per week from Mon- Sun), 7am-7pm or 9am-9pm (Choose a fixed timing)
Promote the use of E-Wallet Mobile App overseas toTravelers in Changi Airport Terminal 1, 3 and 4 Transit Area.
Proactively reach out to Singapore travelers and assist pax for the following:
Download E-Wallet Mobile App Application
Activate E-Wallet Mobile App, digital wallet
Provide "referral code" before completing the registration of Liquid Account
Guide users how to top up funds into their Liquid Account via PayNow.
Facilitate the redemption of premiums upon successful one-time top up into Liquid Account linked to Mobile App
Ensure timely replenishment of premiums when running low.
Answer FAQs and troubleshoot issues
Other ad hoc duties.
