Sales Assistant (Retail cum E-commerce)

Summary: As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in driving our retail and online operations. From assisting customers in-store to managing e-commerce orders, this role combines customer service, sales, and operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a multi-channel business environment and have the chance to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-store and online with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales services.

• Process, pack, and sort online orders accurately and efficiently.

• Handle cash transactions, maintain registers, and perform daily sales reconciliations.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and monitor inventory levels.

• Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer skills to manage sales records, reports, and communications effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. "N" "O" Level, NITEC/Diploma holders are welcome. Singaporeans/PRs only

2. No experience needed, but willingness to learn and adapt is a must

3. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.

4. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions, order processing, and customer interactions.

5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales and order management.
