  • Supervise and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff in executing drydock repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor the progress of drydock work, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of drydocking services.
  • Coordinate with procurement for necessary materials and equipment required for drydock operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ship repair and drydock operations.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Willingness to work odd hours and on weekends as necessary.
