Achieve sales target
Oversee and drive store sales performance with the team
Set sales target goals for store Beauty Advisor
Analyse and produce scheduled sales reports by organizational standards
Facilitate implementation of organisation strategies and document sales transactions
Deliver service excellence
Lead the team with a clear service vision
Establish and develop service operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
Manage resources to ensure the smooth store operations
Ensure quality customer service across all store Beauty Advisors
Develop a service recovery framework to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyse service quality, review customer satisfaction levels and establish relationships with customers
Deliver operations excellence:
Oversee retail administration and assign staff duties according to operational requirements.
Control inventory and manage store facilities
Coordinate crisis response and recovery activities by business continuity policies
Ensure Visual Merchandising meets brand standards
Optimize retail space usage
Promote compliance with corporate governance requirements
Oversee the processing, fulfillment, and handling of customer orders, including returns
Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives:
Lead and motivate the team to contribute to productivity improvement and innovation initiatives
Conduct productivity assessments to identify potential enhancements
Develop and implement action plans for productivity and innovation initiatives
Lead initiatives to introduce new products or services as required
People Management:
Provide direction and guidance to team members
Promote diversity within the workforce and support team decision-making
Contribute to recognition of team performance.
