The Opportunity:
Client: Global MNC, Chemical Manufacturing and Production Company
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 2-3-3-2 rotation (based on business needs)
Allowance: $500 fixed allowance, $50 standby allowance, $30 for night shifts
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with corporate standards in safety, industrial hygiene, and quality control in production areas, including cross-contamination prevention
Assist in preparing safety work permits for maintenance or engineering work, and perform troubleshooting or basic repairs on production equipment
Support production-related projects, including expansion and quality improvement initiatives, and assist in commissioning and plant start-up under supervision
Adhere to EHS standards by using required PPE, reporting hazards, participating in incident investigations, and complying with all safety practices
Requirements:
Able to handle manual tasks and repetitive lifting
Experience in production operations or related roles is preferred
Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends
Ability to follow safety protocols and participate in emergency response teams
Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply
