Job Description & Requirements
- Monitors food and beverage services to ensure excellence customer service and is expected to suggest areas for continuous improvement within the team.
- Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
- Always thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
- Manage table assignment, reservations and service flows.
- Projecting a courteous and professional image
- Handle guest feedback and operational issues professionally.
- Ensure that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas.
- Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition
- Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager.
