aquaDucks (Singapore) is looking for Account assistant.
Job Description:
- Responsible for Accounts Payable functions
- Assist in data entry
- Key in AP Invoices and Payments
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Any other ad-hoc admin & accounting duties assigned
Job requirements:
Extremely passionate and energetic with a positive mindset
Good knowledge in accounting
Good communication skills, command of spoken and written English
Fluent in English language
Team-player
Able to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Possess initiative and drive for excellence
Able to work independently and systematically
For the successful candidate:
Fixed salary of S$1,000.00 – S$1,200.00 per month
Fixed hours on weekdays
In-house training
