  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About Us: We are a dynamic and fast-growing online durian shop specializing in delivering high-quality durians to our customers through TikTok Shop. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic E-commerce Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Packing:

  • Carefully pack durian orders to ensure freshness and quality upon delivery.
  • Label packages accurately and prepare them for delivery

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders and deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction

E-commerce Support:

  • Assist in managing and updating product listings on Shopee, TikTok, and Shopify.
  • Assist in order printing occasionally

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • No experience needed, training will be provided

Education:

  • Minimum Poly diploma and above
