  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Job Description:

  2. Perform cellar activities to ensure wine storage in good condition and operational processes.

  3. Cellar activities, including receiving, putting away, and inventory updates. Picking and packing, shipping, cycle count/stock-taking, housekeeping.

  4. ERP record maintenance.

  5. Shipping documentation and coordination with the shipping line/agent.

  6. Permit declaration.

  7. Prepare inventory, movement and other reports as required.

  8. Sales Support.

Requirements:

  • Preferable Diploma in any discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and distribution, wines and spirits preferable.

  • Proficient in MS Office - Excel (Vlookup/Xlookup/Pivot table in particular), word, and PowerPoint.

  • SAGE ERP is preferable if you are proficient in any WMS/ERP system.

  • Honest and Hardworking.

  • Preferred experience in the wine and spirit industry.
