Job Description:
This is a full role for an Account Assistant located in Changi. Our client provides full-fledged freight forwarder offering full inter-model transportation services for both inbound and outbound cargos. You will take the responsibilities involved supporting assigned customers and overseas agents by managing sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air export bookings with airlines or co-loader agents. It includes following up on client matters, processing air export billing, verifying invoices, and resolving rate disputes. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with customers, sales personnel, overseas agents, and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
