  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

· Attend meeting and liaise with clients and consultants in the administration of projects.

· Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project quantity

· Prepare various building contracts, piling contracts & nominated subcontracts & contract formalization

· Measure & take off quantities for structural & architectural work elements

· All M&E works

· Responsible for quotation, comparison

· To manage pre and post contract administration in term of costing, claims, variation orders, final accounts & evaluation of progress claims

· Prepare variation orders, interim valuations

· Responsible for setting up contract agreement with subcontractors & suppliers

· Administer subcontracts on quotation, tenders, budgets, costing, payments, variation orders, extension of time, final accounts * contractual advice

· Will require to base in both Headquarter and site;

· Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the company

· Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification

· Minimum 10 years working experience for both prep & post contract in building construction field

· Individual of the highest caliber who are confident, driven & with excellent interpersonal skills
