Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative community engagement strategies across multiple social media platforms(e.g. telegram)to foster brand awareness and drive user acquisition.
- Plan, organize, and promote community-driven events, including webinars and AMAs, to strengthen community participation and engagement.
- Serve as the brand’s ambassador and thought leader within the local crypto and Web3 communities, enhancing visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to relay valuable community insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate a supportive and positive community atmosphere by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and driving user growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement within the crypto and Web3 sectors.
- Proven success in building and nurturing vibrant online communities, fostering inclusive and meaningful interactions.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to promote engagement and brand awareness while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
