Assistant HR Manager Responsibilities:
Individual Contributor (Construction Industry)
- Full HR Spectrum Management:
Oversee all HR functions in Singapore, including recruitment, internships, onboarding, offboarding, Learning & Development (L&D), payroll management, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s labor laws and other relevant regulations.
- HR Policy Development and Compliance:
Assist the Group HR Manager in developing and updating HR policies and ensure consistent compliance with these policies and practices across the Singapore office.
- Collaboration with Malaysia (MY) HR Team:
Work closely with the Assistant HR Manager in Malaysia to manage candidate sourcing, onboarding, and other HR requests for both Singapore and Malaysia executives and workers.
- HRIS Implementation:
Partner with the Singapore HR & Admin team to implement a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for the Group HR function, covering both Singapore and Malaysia offices.
- Support in Audits and Compliance:
Assist in internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance across HR functions, helping to maintain an orderly and legally compliant environment.
- Promote Company Culture:
Foster a unified company culture that aligns with the group's core values and mission. Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency in employee engagement and the overall workplace culture.
- Ad-Hoc Assignments:
Take on additional tasks or assignments as directed by Senior Management or the Group HR Manager, contributing to the overall success of the HR function.
