Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Support:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, digital email, print, and events.
    • Help develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email templates, and social media content.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
  2. Content Creation & Management:
    • Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, websites, and other marketing platforms.
    • Help maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles.
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  3. Social Media Management:
    • Assist in managing the company and client’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc
    • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and help with content scheduling
    • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors’ social media strategies to improve engagement.
    • Help maintain and update the customer database in the CRM system.
  4. Event Support:
    • Assist in planning and organizing events
    • Help with event logistics, including coordination with vendors, setting up booths, and distributing promotional materials.
    • Manage event registrations, attendee lists, and follow-up communications.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Assist the marketing team with general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing documents, and coordinating marketing activities.
    • Maintain marketing databases and organize resources like promotional materials and marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role (internship experience is also valuable).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good understanding of social media channels and trends.
    • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
    • Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for marketing.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
