Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, digital email, print, and events.
- Help develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email templates, and social media content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, websites, and other marketing platforms.
- Help maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing the company and client’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and help with content scheduling
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors’ social media strategies to improve engagement.
- Help maintain and update the customer database in the CRM system.
- Event Support:
- Assist in planning and organizing events
- Help with event logistics, including coordination with vendors, setting up booths, and distributing promotional materials.
- Manage event registrations, attendee lists, and follow-up communications.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist the marketing team with general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing documents, and coordinating marketing activities.
- Maintain marketing databases and organize resources like promotional materials and marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role (internship experience is also valuable).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media channels and trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
