- Serve as the primary expert for bank users on the Supply Chain Finance platform and its ecosystem.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of production incidents and service requests related to the Supply Chain Finance platform, including ticket creation, progress tracking, and coordination with internal teams for data extraction.
- Provide in-depth support and troubleshooting for production incidents on the Supply Chain Finance platform, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to analyze impacts, implement workarounds, and identify root causes.
- Work with the System Owner and Incident Manager to develop and maintain the Operational Knowledge Base and incident process management, specifically focusing on the Supply Chain Finance ecosystem. Create and update documentation, collaborating with the project team to stay updated on new enhancements and releases.
- Validate the platform after any scheduled or unscheduled patching activities related to the Supply Chain Finance ecosystem.
- Manage the platform and coordinate with internal stakeholders during disaster recovery exercises.
- Execute system configuration changes related to the Supply Chain Finance platform.
- Identify and escalate potential risks to relevant parties promptly.
- Participate in system restoration activities during disaster recovery exercises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in application or system support, preferably in the finance industry.
- Possess expertise in Supplier Finance, Accounts Receivable Purchase, and Dynamic Discounting products, including middle-office and back-office operations like funding and payments.
- Experienced in using the Finshare Platform (by Premium Technology).
- Familiar with enterprise application support environments, interacting with developers, infrastructure teams, service desks, and business users.
- Proficient in scripting languages like DOS and Shell Scripting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills to effectively analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership of work outcomes.
