- Implement HR management policies and put in place structures to support MOE's performance management, reward and recognition framework • Work with HR Partners to support schools/ divisions in areas pertaining to staff appraisals and career progression • Support the development and implementation of the Ministry's ranking and promotion system and other related HR systems
