We're hiring at multiple locations for the permanent position of Branch Associate ( FULL TIME)
Full Time (Headcount x 5)
Entry Salary Package: Full Time positions ($2200 + UP to $500 monthly sales incentives payout)
After Confirmation Salary Package: ($2300 + UP to $800 monthly sales incentives payout)
Description
- Provide assistance to customers queries and engagement with parents for trial class conversion to term class
- Provide customer service at branch outlets and introduce the swimming lesson service package to new / walk-in customers
- Do class enrollment management and administrative work for new class sign up , make up classes request and follow up renewal term for parents.
- Work with branch in-charge to liaise with coaches for relief management
- Do operational activities involving marking attendance, housekeeping duties (mopping, rinsing area cleanliness, etc), opening and closing
- Other administrative duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working hour
- Weekdays 11pm to 9pm/8.30am to 6.30pm / 10 am to 7pm / 10:30 am to 7:30 pm , subject to branch operating time
- Weekends 8.30am to 6.30pm / 8am to - 6pm / 9am - 7pm
- Able to work both weekends for 28 hours (monthly rate), part-timer hourly rate is able to work at least one weekend.
