Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects.
  • Manage the site project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
  • Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
  • Project Management to achieve smooth project implementation and completion.
  • Project Costing and re-engineering to increase project profit margin, preparation of monthly progress claim and expenditure budget control.
  • Leading Testing and Commissioning of project team and conduct training to customers after completion of project.
  • Provide technical support to customers and site project team in the selection of equipment for the project.
  • Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, M& E consultant and main or sub-contractors.
  • Assist the Safety Coordinator / Safety Officer In charge of the Project Safety System planning, assessment and implementation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Related Academic Achievements in Engineering (Electrical) or Building Services
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience at local construction site.
  • Strong project management experience in related Electrical Installation projects (especially on turnkey and A&A works) with strong technical knowledge and site experience.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess strong leadership quality and high initiative character.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project softwares including good knowledge in AutoCad/Revit
  • Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
  • This position requires the successful candidate to be onsite mostly.
  • This position requires the successful candidate to work during after office hours sometimes due to project schedule.
