  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What the role is:[What the role is]This is a 2-year contract position as Lead Executive in Human Resource & Organisational Development Office[What will you be working on]You will be part of Ngee Ann Polytechnic's HROD team to drive and lead automation and process improvement projects.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Understand and identify opportunities to leverage on analytics and technology to automate/streamline processes
  • Plan, design, and develop automated processes using tools and applications such as VBA, Python, UiPath, Power Automate, Outsystems App Dev
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the planning, implementation and maintenance of automated systems
  • Deliver training and assistance to teams to facilitate the adoption of new automated processes and systems
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and HROD duties as assigned
[What We Are Looking for]
  • A Bachelor in Computer Science or a related field is required
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in in Software Programming, Business Process Optimisation, Automation, AI or Data-related roles
  • Proficient in Excel, VBA, Outlook Macro, Python/R Studio, UiPath Studio, Power BI
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, continuous learner, self-motivated and meticulous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • A team player who is also able work independently
Additional pre-requisites that are advantageous
  • Knowledge of best practices and techniques for implementing automation to streamline HR and OD processes and knowledge of Azure Copilot Studio
  • Outsystem App Dev Platform
