Business Development Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
· Canvasing of new business based on direct marketing and referrals
· Build and manage good relationships with new and existing clientele
· Handling client project inquiries on specifications and lead-time
· Conduct site-recce, sales, and tendering presentation
· Prepare quotation and Delivery Order
· Research, expand supplier/vendor listing on project-related
· Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
· Leadership responsibilities:
· Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing a sales team to meet sales
· Objectives / increment
· Leading the team in both areas of direct marketing strategies and sales closing techniques
· Perform appraisal for team members, approving leave application and propose salary
· Tracking sales data to ensure the team member meets sales quotas
· Presenting team’s sales performance reports.
Requirement:
· Min. 5 years of sales experience in a similar trade (Large Format Printing, Events and Exhibition Builder)
· Sales track records and possess good leadership and managerial mindset
· Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
· Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
· High-level communication and networking skills
· Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
· Good project management skills that include working collaboratively with designer,
· production, external contractor, and suppliers to complete each project
· Have not attended any salary support program such as PCP, PnT, etc.

Monthly Salary Range: $3,500
