Assistant Producer

Weave is looking for an Assistant Producer to join our team! This position is under our Producing Department and will report to the Head of Production. He/she will assist the Producers and Executive Producers in all aspects of pre-production and production work for our video and photography projects.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Producers in the pre-production process, eg: conduct castings, location scouting, shoot planning, handling filming permits, oversee art and wardrobe departments
• Coordinate & compile materials for pre-production meetings and communication between departments
• Managing production logistics and manpower
• Assist on set as production manager or production assistant

Requirements

• Diploma in Film and Media studies or any other relevant fields of studies preferred.
• Fresh grads are welcome, some production background/experience will be advantageous.
• Efficient in organising, coordinating, and planning
• Have initiative, resourceful and is a self-directed learner
• Write & communicate clearly in English
