  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Duties:

Efficiently manage concierge duties to enhance the overall guest experience.
Assist guests in wayfinding within the premises.
Provide shopping recommendations based on guest preferences.
Offer detailed brand and product information.
Alert passengers about ongoing promotions and special offers.
Handle passengers’ retail inquiries promptly and professionally.
Address passengers' face-to-face, through messages, video, and live chats.
Attend to passengers with shopping needs, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.
Maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth operation of the concierge services.

Requirement:

Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of customer service / retail experience
Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience in serving high nett-worth / VIP customer is an advantage
Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift

- 0600 - 1530 / 1530 - 0100 (1 way transport)
- 0800 - 1730 / 1230 - 2200
- 0900 - 2100 / 2100 - 0900
