Project Manager (Fire Protection Industry | 5 days | Upto $8k)

Responsibilities

• Project management and site supervision, including cost control and manpower deployment, ensuring job completion per contract terms.
• Attending site meetings to monitor project status, ensuring meeting minutes are accurate.
• Liaising with architects and consultants for progress feedback, technical compliance, and variation claims.
• Procuring and delivering materials to the site on time and within project budget.
• Timely issuance of project documentation, including variation orders, extension of time, test procedures, meeting minutes, purchase orders, and final project closing in line with ISO procedures.
• Coordinating manpower and system readiness for successful inspections with authorities and site representatives.
• Providing timely information for drafting shop and penetration drawings.
• Coordinating with all parties to resolve site problems.
• Ensuring rectification works meet contract specifications.
• Performing any other assigned duties if necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fire protection within the construction industry, with LTA project experience.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Class 3 driving license is a plus.
