What You Will Achieve
Working with Pfizer’s dynamic engineering team, you will play a critical part in managing the maintenance and reliability engineering activities involving the redesign, maintenance, and repair of utilities systems, buildings, and production/non-production equipment.
Your prior work experience and ability to apply your breadth of knowledge will help you adapt the standard methods and procedures. You will help us identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency, throughput and quality. You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.

How You Will Achieve It
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment operations and maintenance skill and knowledge with experience in working in a team
- Hands on experience in pump overhaul (Centrifugal, Diaphragm etc.).
- Performance matrix environment.
- Knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Right First Time technique.
- Able to demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge in Mechanical Equipment Troubleshooting and Analysis Skills.
- Knowledge and able to create Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Risk Assessment (RA) in document system.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries for Senior position and Minimum 2 years for Junior position.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willing to work in 12 Hours rotating shift.
