Work Days/Hours: (5.5 days) – Monday to Friday (Full Day), Saturday (Half day) – Working timings depend on clinic opening hours & closing hours.
Job Description:
· Deliver exceptional frontline customer service.
· Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration.
· Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries.
· Process medical insurance claims, issue tax invoices, and manage payment collections.
· Perform administrative and clinical tasks, assist with simple procedures, and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirement:
Team Player, able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
