Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities
- Work in team of developers to develop COBOL (or CICS-COBOL) programs according to functional & technical specifications
- Write program specifications and documentation / flowcharts
- Perform unit and system integration testing
- Support user acceptance testing
- Manage and work with Technical team to implement solution that meet Business Requirements and are in alignment with organization's business objectives.
- Troubleshoot, debug and provide production system support
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application and system issues
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Partner with users to understand Business needs by reviewing the Requirements specifications analyze impact to the application.
- Execute tasks related to project / change request / maintenance request.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3 + years of mainframe development, specifically in the areas of banking systems and cards
- Technically competent in COBOL, CICS and EZT programming
- Good working experience with credit card system
- Experience on Cardlink system will be advantageous
- Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products and Microsoft Visio.
- Good understanding of the system development life cycle
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
- Attention to detail
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
