Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, helping them find suitable sports apparel for different lifestyles and answering any inquiries
Product Knowledge: Stay informed on product features, promotions, and inventory to guide customers in purchasing decisions
Sales and Upselling: Drive sales through excellent service, suggesting additional items or complementary products to customers
Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and restocked, keeping displays visually appealing
Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and returns while following store procedures
Store Maintenance: Help with cleaning and organizing the store, ensuring it is presentable and safe
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in retail / customer service would be an added advantage
