We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Digitalisation and Cybersecurity Committees. The ideal candidate will have experience in document preparation, committee administration, and event organization, bringing strong planning and multitasking skills to our team.
The role
This role calls for an individual who is passionate about digitalisation and decarbonization, in the transformation. The role also requires you to engage and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Secretarial and Administrative Support:
· Assist in the preparation of essential documents, including agendas, Note Verbales, invitation letters, memoranda, participant lists, and reports.
· Provide secretarial support to the Technical Director and Assistant Manager.
· Oversee committee activities, including quarterly meetings, industry research, expert engagement, and member inquiries.
Document & Report Management:
· Prepare briefing notes, presentation materials, position papers, and reports by extracting information from various sources.
· Maintain accurate records that meet high documentation standards.
Event & Activity Coordination:
· Organize industry-related events such as policy talks, brainstorming sessions, surveys, training, and workshops.
· Independently plan and execute workshops and focus workgroups as needed.
Planning & Execution:
· Manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
· Use sound judgment to make decisions for task execution and assignments.
Requirements:
· Education: Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualifications required
· Experience:Relevant experience is an advantage. Exposure in IT & Decarbonization is preferred.
· Skills: Good written and verbal communication as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Project Management skills and software proficiency will be an advantage. Having creativity, inquisitiveness, and an open mind to try new ways will be favourable.
· Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
