Job Responsibilities

  • Administer the recruitment cycle from dratting and updating of job advertisements, job posting, screening of applicants, arranging for interviews, communicating job offers and on-boarding.
  • Administer the off-boarding process, including work-pass cancellations, tax clearance.
  • Prepare employee contracts and all HR letters.
  • Administer employee-related and office insurance renewals and updates.
  • Administer employee medical benefits, leave administration, staff attendance, security access.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain employee documents and data in HR systems and personnel physical files.
  • Process payroll including income tax, CPF, NS-Make up pay
  • Administer surveys from various ministries.
  • Administer emails, phone calls on behalf of HR Department.
  • Support Ad-Hoc HR Projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years related work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Info-Tech HR Systems
  • Familiar with Employment Act
