Job Responsibilities
- Administer the recruitment cycle from dratting and updating of job advertisements, job posting, screening of applicants, arranging for interviews, communicating job offers and on-boarding.
- Administer the off-boarding process, including work-pass cancellations, tax clearance.
- Prepare employee contracts and all HR letters.
- Administer employee-related and office insurance renewals and updates.
- Administer employee medical benefits, leave administration, staff attendance, security access.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain employee documents and data in HR systems and personnel physical files.
- Process payroll including income tax, CPF, NS-Make up pay
- Administer surveys from various ministries.
- Administer emails, phone calls on behalf of HR Department.
- Support Ad-Hoc HR Projects
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years related work experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Info-Tech HR Systems
- Familiar with Employment Act
