Qualifications:

English & Mandarin

High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education or certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in construction or a related industry, with a solid understanding of construction processes and practices.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office for documentation and reporting.
