We are inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Manager, Channel Partnerships (Hybrid)
About the Role
- Networking and lead generation with local Singapore partners (80%): You will work closely with Business Development Manager in Singapore and Director to build and nurture relationships with Singapore-based lawyers, auditors, accountant & corporate secretaries, corporate bankers and others with your main KPI being the ability to bring in new business and referrals. Piloto Asia would also strive to give 2-way referrals to partners, offering a more holistic ecosystem of services to our customers to increase their stickiness with us.
- As a Partnerships Manager, you will be expected to engage in regular, in-person meetings and site visits with our partners to build and maintain strong relationships. An active and outgoing personality is crucial to effectively manage these partnerships, foster trust, and ensure that partner needs are met consistently and proactively.
- Sales support and marketing (20%): You will work closely with the BD team to ensure synergies exist between new partners you bring in and existing customers. Insights you gain from local events & partners shall be relayed to the respective marketing and operations team.

Core Requirements:
- Your background: Proven 3 years+ of work experience as a retail sales associate, sales representative or similar role. You shall possess direct understanding or first-hand experience in contact with customers, preferable from corporate banking, corporate secretarial companies, insurance, co-working spaces, business centres, law firms, software providers or related fields.
- Your mentality: You have a strong growth focus and a positive mentality, passionate in building good relationships with people. Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision. You are part of a small team and strong involvement is expected across cross-functional teams.
- Your qualification: Proficient in spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Bahasa will be an added advantage. High integrity in handling private and confidential information.
