About the Role

Keisuke Singapore Pte Ltd is currently recruiting for a full-time Kitchen Crew member to join our team in the Tanjong Pagar Central Region. As a Kitchen Crew member, you will play an essential role in our operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality Japanese cuisine to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Support the efficient operation of the kitchen, including food preparation, plating, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ideally within a Japanese restaurant.
  • Proficiency in Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Strong ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
