Job Description & Requirements
- Responsibilities:Responsible for monthly payroll and CPF submission.
- Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, selection, on-boarding, etc.
- Responsible for work pass related matters.
- Responsible for insurance related matters.
- Responsible for government / MOM related surveys.
- Responsible for submission of training grants.
- Administer annual performance appraisal.
- Administer HR handbook, policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR letters and memo.
- Monthly reports.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English & Hokkien / Cantonese (in order to provide counseling and advice to Hokkien / Cantonese speaking employees' and/or staff )
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): English, Hokkien/Cantonese (in order to provide counseling and advice to Hokkien / Cantonese speaking employees' and/or staff )
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
