Job Description & Requirements
  • Responsibilities:Responsible for monthly payroll and CPF submission.
  • Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, selection, on-boarding, etc.
  • Responsible for work pass related matters.
  • Responsible for insurance related matters.
  • Responsible for government / MOM related surveys.
  • Responsible for submission of training grants.
  • Administer annual performance appraisal.
  • Administer HR handbook, policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR letters and memo.
  • Monthly reports.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English & Hokkien / Cantonese (in order to provide counseling and advice to Hokkien / Cantonese speaking employees' and/or staff )
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): English, Hokkien/Cantonese (in order to provide counseling and advice to Hokkien / Cantonese speaking employees' and/or staff )
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
