Spa Supervisor

Role overview: As the Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and inspiring our spa staff, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate has a background in spa services or hospitality, a passion for wellness, and excellent organizational and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.

· Supervise, train, and motivate a team of customer service officers and other support staff.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all spa areas.

· Ensure the quality of guest services aligns with the spa’s standards and client expectations.

· Manage scheduling, coordinate staff shifts, and provide support to staff as needed.

· Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

· Promote and educate guests on spa services, treatments, and products to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.

· Assist with inventory management, ordering, and ensuring adequate stock levels.

· Support management with administrative duties, including daily reports and handling payments.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all spa policies.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the spa or hospitality industry, with supervisory experience preferred.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of spa services, products, and wellness trends.

· Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

· Basic proficiency in MS Office, scheduling and POS software.

· Certification in spa or wellness treatment is a bonus but not required

. Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays | 5.5 Days a week

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,700.00 per month
