Role Overview: As a Spa Sales Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth, responsible for promoting our spa services and products. You'll engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through client consultations and upselling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Educate clients about spa services, packages, and retail products.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Work closely with therapists and front desk colleagues to optimise appointments.
- Administrative and operation duties to support daily operations.
· Able to ad hoc other duties assigned by outlet manager.
Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wellness or hospitality industry.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong sales techniques and customer service orientation.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications.
· Responsible, positive attitude, self-motivated and independent.
· Work well in a team
· Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays | 5.5 Days a week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
