Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and communications.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify client growth opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
- Gather feedback and insights from clients to help improve services and address any concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Local diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Prior internship or experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,400.00 per month
