Senior Account (MNC Company)
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri), 8am - 5pm (Alt Sat)
Base Salary: Up to $4,500
Location: Tuas (Training will be conducted at HQ Office, Suntec Tower)
Benefits: AWS, Bonus, 10 days AL, Transport Allowance: $100 during HQ training


Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting activities, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of accounts
Prepare and file corporate tax returns and other tax-related documents in compliance with local tax laws
Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and liaise with external tax agents for any tax issues
Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations on a monthly basis
Manage and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Prepare and process payments, monitor outstanding invoices, and follow up with clients or vendors as necessary
Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and provide required documentation and schedules
Provide financial analysis and management reports to assist in decision-making
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and offer insights to improve the company's financial performance
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes

Requirements:

Degree in Accountingor a related field
3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.) and Excel
ACCA certification is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
