Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute the inspection program for all to ensure proper maintenance and standards are met and sustained
- Ensure execution of various programmes i.e. façade cleaning etc. Conduct staff training and re-training on proper cleaning methods
- Respond to client’s requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist and prepare for regular audits
- Supervise the entire Cleaning Team and manages staff performance, conduct training and coaching to the staff regularly
- Ensure work executed is in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other international standards required for a manufacturing plant / medical plant.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Manufactured-related Diploma
- With experience in manufacturing/industrial plant/clean room cleaning preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Skills / Others
- Work-at-Height and Safety related Certifications.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and GMP Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
- 5 day work week, to remain contactable 24/7 to attend to any emergencies; 5 min walk from Tuas Crescent MRT (EW31)
