- Handle variations, claims, and changes, assessing their impact on contracts and project scope.
- Ensure contract budgets align with project financial targets, monitoring expenses, and revenue.
- Approve and process payments to contractors and subcontractors, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing.
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding contract matters.
- Provide clear communication on contract requirements, modifications, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Address conflicts and disputes that may arise during project execution, coordinating with legal teams as needed.
- Ensure all parties fulfill their contractual obligations, conducting regular audits of contract compliance.
- Supervise and mentor junior contract managers, providing guidance on complex contract issues.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a comparable role, specializing in contract management and administration, particularly in the construction industry
- Profound knowledge in Contract Negotiation and Administration
- Relevant experience in both Singapore's public and private sector projects
- Relevant experience in handling subcontracts
- Knowledgeable, experienced, and well-versed in the application of various Conditions of Building Contracts commonly adopted locally
