Salary : $2,500 - $3,300 (depending on experience and qualification)
Working Days and Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8.30am to 6.00pm
Location of work: Somerset or Tuas

Job Responsibilities:
Consistently deliver quality customer service via existing channels such as our hotline, email inbox and online enquiries.
Familiarize and address the enquiries with the Residential, Small Commercial and Tenants segments.
Support the ongoing development of new/ digital initiatives as the company embraces new technologies to keep up with an evolving market.
Supporting the company's other activities in line with its overall vision as a leading electricity retailer in Singapore.
Requirement:
Singaporean
Diploma and Degree in Business or any relevant.
Able to communicate effectively in writing and speaking
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and /or CRM
