Responsibilities :
- Prepare group consolidation, financial report and financial analysis.
- Prepare and submit of consolidated monthly financial reports.
- Oversee the accounts of subsidiaries companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
- Statistics / survey preparation and submission
- Provide accounting advice to colleagues and associate companies to ensure common application of accounting guideline, policies and procedures.
- Handle subsidiaries/associate companies in forecast reporting and in their management accounts process. Liaise with external auditors in annual financial audit and statutory reporting for the Group.
- Prepare Group’s annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast.
- Assist Accounts Dept in ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned.
- Review and approve WIP
- Analyse, prepare, explain, and submit Flash report to Directors/Shareholders
- Liaising with all auditors and tax agents
Requirements :-
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- 5 years accounting experience
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
