- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investors, merger or acquisition targets, and industry trends.
- Developing and implementing strategies for fundraising, merger and acquisition activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of business plans, investment memorandums, and financial models.
- Supporting due diligence processes by conducting research and analysis on target companies.
- Participating in negotiations with investors, target companies, and other stakeholders.
- Supporting post-merger integration activities, such as developing integration plans and assisting with the execution of integration initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- A strong academic background in business, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience or knowledge of fundraising, merger and acquisition, or corporate finance would be an advantage.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
