Job Responsibility:
- Attend to Customers' enquiries through phone, email and etc.
- Prepare Quotations and follow up with customers/suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Delivery Orders.
- Prepare shipping documents and liaise with customers and forwarders on shipments.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Support the Sales Team in monitoring of quotations, orders and delivery schedules..
- Other tasks as delegated by Superior.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec.
- At least one year of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduate with strong background in related engineering discipline will also be considered.
Preferred Skills:
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to multitask
- Understanding in engineering drawing and documents will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency with computer skills .(ie. MS Office, SAP)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
