Job Description
- Create a general ledger & journal
- Make fund transfers by cheque, online banking, paynow, etc.
- Manage A/R, A/P, Deposit, Cash Balance, etc.
- Assist in quarterly GST filing and support external audit
- Admin Works (ex. Utilities Management, etc.) are asked on a regular (or) an ad hoc basis
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Meticulous
- Ability to multi-task and be efficient in meeting deadlines
- Independent worker but a good team player
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
- Internet savvy
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
