Job Description

  • Create a general ledger & journal
  • Make fund transfers by cheque, online banking, paynow, etc.
  • Manage A/R, A/P, Deposit, Cash Balance, etc.
  • Assist in quarterly GST filing and support external audit
  • Admin Works (ex. Utilities Management, etc.) are asked on a regular (or) an ad hoc basis

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Meticulous
  • Ability to multi-task and be efficient in meeting deadlines
  • Independent worker but a good team player
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
  • Internet savvy
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
